What to do if your product arrives damaged or defective
Products which arrive damaged & or defective will be replaced or returned as long as the damage or defect is reported in a timely manor. Please send photo documentation along with a description of the damage or defect to email@example.com.
Shipping & Processing
All orders are fulfilled within 24 hours or next business day if placed on the weekend. Order confirmations are sent within minutes of submitting your order and should be saved for your records.
Confirmation emails including tracking information will be sent to the email on file once the order has left the warehouses. We ship from the US by default but your items could occasionally ship from outside the US. learn more
