We use a variety of delivery services including DHL, ePacket and others depending on the location of you product and final destination. All orders are shipped with global tracking numbers and can be accessed via the courier portal at any time.

We accept the variety of payment options including the PayPal Visa American Express and Mastercard to name a few. All payments are processed through secure PCI DSS compliant encrypted connection for the highest level of security.
Fraud protection is our highest priority. We are PCI DSS compliant and offer secure encrypted transactions. All transnational data is closely monitored by a dedicated fraud department for even the smallest of inconsistencies. Any transactions with irregularities are instantly halted and flagged for manual review.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase then we can only offer you an exchange. If an exchange has been authorized, your product must be in good condition, undamaged and returned along with it's original packaging.
All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date however we do make exceptions if delivery of your item was delayed.
If your item is DOA (damaged on arrival) you must contact us and supply video or photographic proof of the damages. We will authorize your return once we have reviewed your video/ photographic submission.
Damaged items are replaced at no cost so long as the damages are not as a result of misuse or willful neglect.
All returns must be authorized prior to mailing the items back to us.
If you are unhappy with your product then you must inform us promptly via email at email@example.com If your item is deemed unacceptable, you must return the item in good condition and in it's original packaging no later than 30 days from the original order date. Return postage will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We will credit your account once we are in possession of the returned item.
Our products are rigorously tested prior to shipping however if your item arrives and is is defectively or damaged in any way we will replace it. Simply contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include a photo/s and or video documenting the damage.
